PRACTICAL AI TRAINING
Understand the tools
Make them your own
A practical introduction for cultural teams, with no technical prerequisites. Examples are adapted to your work. Training language and delivery arrangements are confirmed in your proposal.
A three-hour
practical session
Learn to frame a request, provide context, work with documents and tables, improve an initial response, verify facts and calculations, and recognize sensitive information.
1. Understand: explore ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, their possibilities, limits and verification habits. Compare differently worded requests.
2. Practise: prepare a meeting, summarize a file, organize a schedule or read exported data. Move from raw material to a document your team can review.
3. Build a method: refine the result, document a useful instruction and select a task to test after the session. Address confidentiality and shared validation rules.
Several ways
to learn together
Practical training: three hours to establish shared foundations and try concrete tasks.
Team pathway: two three-hour sessions, with time to practise between meetings and return to the results. Scope and quote are tailored to the team.
Conference and demonstrations: topics and duration agreed for a professional event, team day or network meeting. For individual practice, choose a workshop format.
Examples from
your roles
Management and administration: meeting agendas, reports and funding files. Communications and distribution: messages, calendars and partner research. Ticketing and production: sales tables, technical needs and meeting preparation.
Exercises are chosen with you. A single session does not need to cover every topic.
