Scope

This policy applies to the Labo IA microsite operated by CAPAS Inc., under the Maison Verso name. It covers browsing, contact preparation and the Radar. There is no ticketing, donation or newsletter registration on this microsite.

Contact preparation

Your name, organization, email, selected service and description are entered in your browser to prepare a draft. The form does not store them in a database or send them to an AI engine. The organization field is optional. No attachment is requested. Avoid sensitive information or information about other people. Clear my entries removes your information from the page; browser autofill remains under your control.

Sending and copying

Opening your email application transfers the draft through a mailto link; you still control sending it. Preparing or copying it does not send it to Maison Verso or subscribe you to marketing. If you send it, Maison Verso receives its contents to respond, prepare a proposal and follow up. Email providers then process it under their own terms. Copying places the draft on your device clipboard.

Technical services

The microsite uses ChatGPT Sites hosting on Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and sign-in services may process IP addresses, browser details, requests and authentication data to provide and secure access. The microsite code adds no advertising, audience measurement or marketing tracking cookies. Platform services may use essential mechanisms of their own.

Fonts images and external sources

Fonts and photographs are served from this microsite. External links, including Radar sources, lead to websites governed by their own policies. The price calculator runs in your browser without sending group size to Maison Verso.

Cookies and tracking

The microsite code sets no optional cookies and uses no local storage to track browsing. It includes no Google Analytics, Meta pixel or advertising profiling. The platform may use essential mechanisms for security and access. No advertising consent is requested because these features are not active. Before adding audience measurement, advertising or third-party content requiring a choice, the site and policy must be adapted so you can decide before activation.

AI and the Radar

Radar summaries are prepared with AI assistance using public sources. Contact descriptions are not used for this watch. Developing the site with ChatGPT does not mean an AI analyzes your request.

Use access and retention

Information received by email is used to handle requests and professional follow-up, with access limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. Maison Verso does not sell or rent it. Retention depends on follow-up needs and applicable obligations, followed by deletion or anonymization. Provider infrastructure may be outside Québec; exclusive Québec residency is not promised.

For questions, complaints, access, correction or withdrawal of consent, contact info@maisonverso.com, addressed to Mickaël Spinnhirny, responsible for personal information protection. You may also request deletion or communication of information under applicable legal conditions. Retention obligations may limit some requests. Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information is available at cai.gouv.qc.ca.
